Every 5 lbs. order comes with an 8oz of ranch and an 8oz of blue cheese dressing.
You can pre-order cases of Montucky Cold Snacks or bottles of Buffalo Trace Bourbon for $30 each. Be prepared to show ID when picking up.
Pick-up at the Shack with a scheduled time slot between 2:30pm to 6pm on Sunday February 9.
We will confirm everything with you and send you a payment invoice upon receipt of this form.
